PERSONALIZED ONLINE WORKOUT PROGRAMS
All of FTS Fitness's online workout programs use the SHRED philosophy as a training and performance tool. Each workout is designed to target specific areas of improvements such as, core, upper & lower body strength, performance, power, weight loss, fat burns, hypertrophy, mass gains and etc. All of the workouts are designed to get you results without having to spend hours on a treadmill. Also each workout has been timed to fit within a 45-70 minute time frame. So stop walking into the gym clueless, stuck doing the same old boring workout routine, and/or watching IG models do overly complex workouts that don't target anything but likes and FLIP THE SWITCH!!
PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
All of FTS Fitness's personal training programs are designed for each individual client. The client will not be doing an assembly line of workouts routines, like most standard gyms. The goal is to make your weaknesses your strengths and to balance out your strengths.
Rates: $56-75/hour or Bundled Packages
6 sessions = $345
8 sessions = $460
12 sessions = $675

DIETARY AND NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS *FITNESS NUTRITION SPECIALIST*
All nutritional and dietary consultations are based off of request. Contact me if you would like to receive a meal program that you can use as a reference or guide to help you through the nutritional portion of you fitness journey.
Remember, nutrition is 70% of the work, fitness is 30%, without it your journey will take a lot longer.
